Our Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, if we not start your application and file processing
Refund requests must be made within 03 days after receiving the file and (7-10 working days) for completing the refund after claiming for refund
If we have paid your visa fee, Then the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the visa fee
In case of visa for some countries, if your visa is not approved, you will get a full refund Which will be communicated to you when your file is received
In case of ticket refund, you will be refunded as per the ticket company’s refund policy

2. Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at Our Email or whatsapp with your invoice number and details of the issue.

Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 07 days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame (5 to 7 working days after initiating refund), please check your bank account again and contact your card issuer bank or MFS. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
